Campaign to Save Public Health
The "Save Public Health" campaign is sponsored in partnership by several of the
member organizations of the Public Health Roundtable. This partnership consists
of the Washington State Nurses Association, International Federation of Professional
and Technical Engineers Local 17, Washington Health Foundation, Washington State
Medical Association and Group Health Cooperative.
Featuring television ads in different areas of the state, internet banner ads, and
billboards, the campaign will run throughout the Legislative Session. Efforts will
focus on engaging and educating the public and legislators. The website SavePublicHealth.com
will provide information and tools for people to get involved on the state level
as public health is discussed in the Legislature.
